Sometimes things seem so great as you are blinded by the realities of the situation. I met someone who is incredibly enthralling, inspiring, and one who actually listens when someone speaks. The feelings came quickly, abrupt and warranted.

The barriers that held me in insolation began to crack and sunshine crept it’s way in. Light winds cleared away the dust of what was once covered and prepared me for a step closer into the life of something I caught by surprise. I was ready to swan dive into the lake of unknown possibilities with minor hesitation.

Shockingly, things swerved and I lost all control. The wheel was not in my hands and I became the deer in headlights. I stood frozen, and held my breath until the blow. I was left feeling numb and trying to understand what happened and what put me in this situation. It happened so quick and I was unable to say much as he left me alone pushed aside once again.

With every step he took I could hear the broken brick and cement rise around me. The cold winds swirled and filled the cracks with cinder and I watched the sunlight slowly dissipate out of the room. As the remaining beams trickled to the cold corners I tried to grasp that warming embrace I have been accustomed to in such a short amount of time.

I know it wasn’t handed fools gold and know what’s true. Though the embrace did not exist that night, I felt the intent. There is no denying that. It’s always important to know ones worth and hold onto it. People often forget it, but I will hold it dear to me and just let it be our secret. I will always see the golden crops that you once provided on my horizon. Thank you.

I feel an introductory will fall short if i were to post one tonight.  I would be creating this highly interesting person you’d want to read all about.  Though, after few weeks you will get turned off by my recent need to post everything I consume so you can lavishly live on a vegan diet as per InstaGr.am.  I will say I am pretty interesting and intellectual though.
